Getting Your Needs Met:

Identify them & make requests that work

OVERVIEW

The best way to get your needs met is to identify them, find a variety of ways of getting them met, and making requests that work.

In this course, you’ll learn how to identify your needs, find a variety of ways of getting those needs met, and your options when your needs aren’t being met (you have several).

You’ll walk away from this course with a stronger understanding of yourself, your needs, and a library of scripts to help you in the moment.

Your Questions Answered

I'm not in a relationship; will this course still be helpful?

The skills and tools offered in this course can benefit all your relationships, whether romantic or not. Learning to identify your needs and finding a way to communicate those needs in a clear, loving way can transform your connection to your family, friends, colleagues, and future romantic relationships.

I have a specific question about the course; how can I ask it?

You’ll get access to a comprehensive resource document (think of it as the book that accompanies the course). You can leave your questions in the document, and I’ll answer them (give me two business days, please). You’ll also have access to two private Facebook groups that you can use to get support from your new community.

Is this course pre-recorded?

Yup. Every other month, I offer a new course that I host and record live. Then, I take the Zoom recordings and offer them as a stand-alone course you can take at your convenience.

I prefer to attend your courses live; when is the next one?

I host about six courses a year; you can expect one every other month. To find out about upcoming classes, and take advantage of presale pricing, sign up for my email list.

I don't see my question here; can I contact you directly?

Sure thing. Head over to my contact page and send me a message directly. If I can help, I will.
